This completely newly renovated top floor holiday apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen with spectacular views of the entire Wetterstein, Alpspitz and Kramer massif. The apartment was only completed in February 2020 after extensive renovation work. It consists of a living room with a stylish corner pull-out couch, a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. Furthermore, a balcony facing the afternoon sun until sunset invites you to enjoy a cosy dinner. The apartment is located in a very tranquil area at the entrance to Garmisch below the "Kramer" and "Königstand" with direct access to beautiful hiking trails. Shops, restaurants and other stores are located in the centre of Garmisch, which is 1.2 km away (14-minute walk). The Eibsee cable car is also only 11.1 km or a 20-minute drive away. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please do not leave pets unattended on the property.

In Garmisch-Partenkirchen the holiday flat Waldruhe is located in a traditional upper Bavarian house with a mountain view. The 74 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers a comfortable living/dining room with a pull-out couch set, a very well-equipped kitchen with a sitting area, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment's amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, board games, a cot and a highchair. The bedroom and kitchen are also decorated with beautiful wallpaper with traditional Bavarian motifs. On the furnished balcony you can enjoy an extensive breakfast on sunny days and the fresh mountain air. With a view of the Zugspitz massif and the Wetterstein Mountains, everyday stress is quickly forgotten! The city centre is 1.9 km or a 5-minute drive away, where you will find a supermarket, some shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The Hausbergbahn is 2.7 km or a 7-minute drive from the accommodation and the Eibseebahn is 11.1 km or a 20-minute drive away. Parking is available on the property. Ski storage possible.
